Sketch Tuesday

DYoungV Presents ‘Poolside’

‘Poolside’ will be a summertime/fun time full gallery extension of our widely popular ‘Sketch Tuesday’ event. ’Sketch Tuesday’ is a live drawing event where artists create work on an affordable smaller scale for the public to appreciate and purchase. ‘Poolside’ will be a full exhibition of already finished works featuring many of our regular ‘Sketch Tuesday’ participants and 111 Minna Gallery artists featuring nearly two hundred pieces created on a smaller scale (Sketch Tuesday size) that will be affordable to the public.

Sketch Tuesday & Amandalynn Fundraiser

Join us on Tuesday, May 23rd from 5pm-9pm for a wonderful roster of local artists! As usual, our wonderful artists will be seated around the gallery in the 2nd St room, painting, drawing, or whatever other medium they choose to employ. The difference for this Sketch Tuesday is that we will also be doing a little fundraiser for Amandalynn in the Zappa room. She recently had an accident that did considerable damage to her hip, so a bunch of artists are donating work for you to buy and support her in her recovery!

Bay Area 5 Opening

Opening on April 20th 2023, the Bay Area 5 will feature the works of Max Ehrman (Eon 75), Seibot, Nicole Hayden, Josh Thurman and Messy Beck. All five of these artists have been active in the Bay Area throughout the last decade (and longer) creating murals throughout the streets of San Francisco, the greater Bay Area and abroad. Ranging from backgrounds starting in graffiti, street art, illustration, architecture and fine art; all of these artists have come to make a name for themselves in the Bay with full building size murals, expansive street art projects, dozens of community driven storefront murals during the pandemic and privately commissioned murals for clients ranging from small businesses in San Francisco to The Googleplex in Mountain View, Ca.
