Corporate events

Business, with room to connect.

A presentation brings everyone’s attention together. A reception gives people time to talk. A company celebration or product launch may need room for both.

Tell us about your guests and program. We’ll help you consider how the room, hospitality and production should work together, from the first arrival through the last conversation.

All guests must be 21 or older.

Company gatherings

A team celebration, holiday party or client reception gives people time together outside the usual routine. Passed food and an open layout encourage conversation; a seated meal creates a different pace. We help you consider both around the gathering you have in mind.

Conversations & presentations

A panel, talk or meeting needs a clear view of the speakers and sound that reaches the room. We consider seating, microphones, screens and technical checks alongside the schedule, including time for questions, breaks and conversation before or afterward.

Brands & launches

A launch can move from a presentation or demonstration into time with guests. Tell us what needs to be displayed, seen and heard. We work through the layout and visual details with your team, including approvals, printing and installation timing for branding.

The space

Choose a room, or bring them together.

A presentation followed by a reception needs a plan for both. Two connected galleries give us options: keep the gathering in one room, give different parts of the program their own space, or connect the rooms for one event.

We work through seating, guest movement and any changeover with you. Room availability and configuration depend on your date and event requirements.

Street-facing windows, a long brass bar and lounge seating give receptions a place to settle in. The room can also be considered for a meal alongside a program in the Zappa Room, with the layout and service planned around how guests will move between them.

The stage and the room’s own bar provide a starting point for a panel, presentation or evening reception. We consider the audience, speaker positions and technical requirements together, along with space for the rest of your event. The room can work on its own or alongside the Second Street Gallery.

Hospitality & support

The space and the plan belong together.

Food service, presentations and the reception share a schedule. Minna Events, our event production team, can coordinate the whole event or work alongside your producer, agency or planner on specific parts.

We agree on responsibilities and connect our work with the people already involved. Your proposal identifies the services, staffing, equipment and costs for your event.

Hospitality that fits the gathering

A reception with passed bites and a seated meal place different demands on the room and schedule. We work through the menu, service style and dietary needs with you and the caterer, along with bar service and the people looking after your guests.

Service, coordinated with the program

Food arriving during a speech, a late vendor delivery or an unclear handoff can interrupt an otherwise good plan. We connect the service schedule with the program and the people delivering it, including the responsibilities your own team or preferred vendors will keep.

A technical plan for your program

Tell us who is speaking, what the audience needs to see and hear, and whether anyone is joining remotely. We coordinate the sound, screens, lighting and preparation your program requires, with equipment and technical responsibilities confirmed before the event.

Planning questions

Before you book.

An early conversation helps us test the fit: your dates, guest count, program and the work already in place. We can look at room options and production needs together, then define the arrangement in your proposal.

How many guests can we host?

Capacity depends on the room configuration, furniture and production. Share your guest count and whether the event includes a seated program, a standing reception or both. We’ll work through the layout with you, including the space needed for service, equipment and guest movement.

Yes. Tell us who is already involved and where you need support. We agree on responsibilities and coordinate our work with theirs, including deliveries, setup and venue requirements. Outside catering is discussed with the venue team; alcohol service is provided through the on-site bars.

Share your speaker program, screen content and any remote participation, along with delivery and setup needs. We confirm the equipment, technical staffing, connectivity requirements and access needed for your event. A livestream and guest Wi-Fi have different requirements, so discuss both before committing to the technical plan.

Your proposal identifies the space, event hours, services, staffing, equipment, rentals and costs, including what your team or outside vendors will handle. We work through the options with you. If the plan changes, we discuss the effect on the work and cost before you decide.
